A drinking-water container is also available, and purified-water refills may be ordered from Carola A for a minimal charge. The property has elevator access, one complimentary parking space, 24-hour security, CCTV, and concierge service. Pico Beach and the Country Club are within walking distance, while a complimentary shuttle operates around the resort. The condominium is located inside Pico de Loro Cove, a secure and peaceful coastal resort community surrounded by mountains, greenery, a lagoon, and the beach. Pico Beach is approximately a 7–10-minute walk from the unit, while the Country Club is around 3–5 minutes away. A complimentary resort shuttle is also available throughout the day. Registered guests may access the main Pico Beach, Country Club swimming pool, shower rooms, locker rooms, fitness gym, and selected recreational areas after completing registration and paying the required guest entrance fee. The Beach Club area is reserved for members and member-accompanied guests, but the main beach remains open to registered guests. The resort also offers restaurants, a convenience store, sports facilities, walking trails, water activities, and other recreational options, some of which require separate fees. The area is quiet, family-friendly, and suitable for guests looking for a relaxing beach and nature getaway.
