Located at the heart of the city at Kandi complex.. The complex is 5 minutes walk from Fields avenue, SM Clark, with many amenities inside the complex areas, like several swimming pools and jacuzzies, 2 very well-equipped gyms, restaurants, bars, pool tables, convenience store all in a safe gated community with 24hrs armed security guards. Free of charge high speed internet upto 300Mbps and maid cleaning is included.

It is a quiet neighborhood although near to the action You are at walking distance to Fields avenue, Walking street and SM Clark. Trikes and Jeepneys are available just ask the security guards they will call a trike for you.
