ABOUT THE PROPERTY A Filipino inspired duplex in a safe and quiet subdivision along the highway ★ a two story unit that's spacious and roomy ★ only a few minutes walk to the main road ★ easy access to stores and groceries ★ manageable drive to the airport and malls ★ perfect homebase while visiting family in the area ★ excellent layover for out of town tourists or guests ★ very reasonable rates with 𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐓 discounts (15 to 35%) ABOUT THE UNIT ★ two airconditioned bedrooms with 3 beds total ★ first bedroom has a king-sized bed, large closets, and view of the street ★ second bedroom has 2 single beds, large closets and a view of the river ★ two bathrooms, one on each floor with a shower area and toilet each ★ well equipped kitchen with a fridge and a stove top for cooking, microwave oven, rice cooker and electric kettle ★ open living area with mounted tv and padded bamboo seats ★ four-seater dining table and extra counter space for eating and computer work ★ small storage area by the back door and a carport by the front door IMPORTANT NOTE: If you reserve for 1 or 2 guests you have access to 1 bedroom with ac and the other bedroom with a fan. If you reserve for 3 to 4 guests you will have access to both bedrooms with ac. Guests are free to request however they want their beds set up (either as a couple's bed or 2 single beds in their bedroom of choice)

ABOUT THE HOSTS. We are a couple who would like to offer travelers and tourists an opportunity to find great accommodations for a budget-friendly price. We built our duplex in 2018 and decided to open it up to short term lease which has proven to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. Being BNB hosts have allowed us not just to help people with their travel needs but have given us an opportunity to meet people from all over the world. So far we have met people from Asia, the United States, South America, Europe including Russia and lately the Middle East. So far, their reviews online and feedbacks have all been very positive and encouraging. We tend to be busy at home and would rather give our guests their private space and their private time. While we have some rules and guidelines for the guests, we leave them pretty much to themselves especially in their comings and goings knowing they are in a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. We will be always be available though onsite or through messaging. And there will always be help available if they need it or if they have concerns and needs

ABOUT THE NEIGHBORHOOD. ► a safe and well established subdivision with friendly neighbors ► the subdivision is along the national highway ► a gas station is at the entrance of the subdivision ► streets are wide and well paved ► streets are well lit at night HOW TO GET AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD ► public transportation is easily accessible right outside the subdivision ► there are public buses going northbound to Noveleta and Cavite City (previous towns) ► there are also buses going southband to Tanza (next town) ► nearest town centers are only 3 to 7 mins travel by car or bus or trike ► nearest grocery stores are only walking distance from the property ► nearest malls are only 5 to 10 minutes ride away by tricycle or mini bus ► nearby grocery stores include Alfamart, Dali Grocery and Seven Eleven ► nearby malls include SM Rosario, Robinsons GenTri and All Home ► parking for guests at the duplex is available inside (under a carport) and outside (on the street)
