Please note that our “Entire House” listing is intended for exclusive use bookings of 13 guests and above. For groups below 13 guests, we will normally allocate rooms suitable for the number of guests booked, while allowing access to the common areas such as the living room, dining area, kitchen, and other shared facilities. However, if your group is below 13 guests and you prefer private/exclusive use of the entire house, kindly message us first before booking. We will gladly check our reservations for your preferred date. If there are no other bookings on that date, we may allow your group to occupy the available space privately without sharing with other guests. Please note that exclusive use for smaller groups is subject to availability and confirmation from Acai’s Transient House. We are adding this clarification to avoid misunderstandings, as the “Entire House” label on booking platforms may sometimes cause guests to expect that the whole property is automatically reserved only for their group regardless of the number of guests.
