A secured Parking Space on the premises, 24 hours Security guard. The property has got CCTV installed in every floor for all unit owners, tenants and guests safety. Easy access to shops, laundry, convenient stores, 7 eleven, talipapa, water refilling station and food outlets. The location is very convenient for business trip or vacation all year round cause of the city cold weather. Very near to most of the tourist sceneries. Easy to get taxis and jeepneys
