Anahaw is Filipino name for a nice-looking palm tree known for its round fan-shaped leaves, abundant across the Philippines. Anahaw presently consists of 3 separate units, each about 35 square meters, with ensuite bathroom and private balcony. There is a shared swimming pool with sun loungers and outdoor shower nestled in a small garden. The property is securely fenced and equipped with outdoor streetlights and CCTV. Unlimited internet is provided via Starlink and back up fibre connection. Each air-conditioned room has a king size bed with a premium grade mattress, Smart TV, coffee machine, mini refrigerator, work desk and ceiling fan. Since I was a kid my favorite place in town was a railway station. I envied people who were going on a journey. Little I knew that I will have visited around 60 countries for leisure and work and lived in 6. I first visited El Nido in 2012 when it was so different than today and immediately fell in love. We kept coming back until we decided to make it our semi-permanent residence

Anahaw is a 5-minute drive/tricycle ride to the famous and popular Lio Beach which hosts the local airport, many restaurants, shops and convenience outlets. There is also a small local market and a few popular restaurants along the highway, not far from the property. We are lucky to have an undeveloped forest area which separates us from the traffic noise. The convenient, yet tranquil location, makes the neighbourhood a preferred choice for long-term residency. El Nido town is 6 km away.
