Enjoy a comfortable stay in our spacious guest room, complete with a convenient workspace and lightning-fast 300 Mbps internet. The fully equipped kitchen, dining space and cozy outdoor space is shared between you, us two and our beloved cat Harry. We are located in the hip Ecoland area with buzzing Juna Subdivision around the corner. SM City mall is less than 10mins by foot away. It is a 30 minutes taxi ride to our place from the airport and 10 minutes from Ecoland bus terminal. !!! Please note that we do not have a water heater. !!!

Please note; as the name says- this is a homestay and not a condo! You will be staying with us- Kerstin and Asik and our adorable cat Harry. We enjoy travelling, exploring new destinations, listening to music, and simply relaxing. We are excited to have you as our guest and showcase the beauty of Davao City and the Philippines. We are fluent in English, German, Tagalog, and Cebuano.

Our house is in a safe and peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by lush greenery. Traffic is only limited to residents. Within the village you can find a local restaurant and several small Sari-Sari stores. SM City Mall can be reached in 5min by trike or less than 10min by foot.
