Balcony View Studio is a condo studio at Mesatierra Garden Residences centrally located in Davao City. It’s located next to a breezy, spacious and very quiet neighborhood with a lush green and pool view. The room features a balcony that gives a relaxing view of the pool below, tropical garden landscape and natural greens outside the property’s perimeter. The balcony as an extended mini area provides improved natural lighting and ventilation that greatly matches the priceless view. The furnitures are carefully conceptualized to cater each need in a studio sized space. A sturdy and big closet is installed which also serves as a luggage storage. A small office table and a swivel chair are provided for traveling professionals, students or for anyone who wants a private workspace. 2-seater dining table and extra set at the balcony. Sleeping space is a double sized bed with pullout bed. Free wifi is provided in the room which also allows you to enjoy Netflix in our HD TV. It’s equipped with full kitchen and fridge for food preparation and storage and wide kitchen shelves to organize cooking utensils and materials. Kettle, electric stove, rice cooker and microwave oven are available. A bathroom with hot shower and bath gel and hair care supply to treat yourself after a long day. Clean towels, drinking water and complimentary coffee and tea are also provided.

One of my interests is really hosting. I always imagine that I’m the guest that I give primary attention to comfort and convenience of prospective guests. Aside from this condo unit, I’m also hosting a cottage in the highland near Mt. Apo. With all that I do, I’m a nature lover and loves traveling too. I look forward to interacting with guests in our studio.

Quiet neighborhood. Not crowded. But still accessible to mall, coffee shop, restaurants, drugstore, convenience and laundry shop and a lot more.
