This four-bedroom villa is located in a quiet subdivision and offers a peaceful and safe environment. Situated near the guardhouse, it provides an added sense of security and convenience. The property is also just 5 minutes from the heart of the city, with easy access to schools, hospitals, and supermarkets, making everyday living very convenient. I love flowers, and you will see many beautiful bougainvillea plants around the property, adding color and charm to the home. One of the highlights of the villa is the cozy pergola, my favorite spot in the house. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while listening to the gentle chirping of birds. The relaxing atmosphere and calm surroundings make this home a true haven for rest and comfort.
I am an Overseas Filipino Worker who lovingly owns this villa. Although I work abroad, I remain hands-on with everything related to the property. My sister helps manage the villa locally to make sure guests are well taken care of and that everything runs smoothly. I have a deep love for interior design, flowers, and art, which you will notice throughout the home. I personally choose many of the details, from the décor to the plants around the property. Creating a warm, beautiful, and relaxing space for guests is something I truly enjoy, and I hope the villa feels welcoming and comfortable for everyone who stays here.
About the Neighborhood The neighborhood is known for being quiet, peaceful, and very safe. Since the villa is located near the guardhouse, there is always a sense of security and a welcoming community atmosphere. It is the kind of place where mornings are calm, the streets are tidy, and neighbors are friendly. You can enjoy relaxing walks around the subdivision, especially in the early morning or late afternoon when the surroundings are cool and tranquil. The sound of birds and the gentle breeze make it a perfect escape from the busy city life, even though the heart of the city is only 5 minutes away. It truly offers the best of both worlds—peaceful living with convenient access to schools, hospitals, and supermarkets nearby.
