The beach house is right on the beach and conveniently located along the main road—no rough roads or remote areas to worry about! You’ll find essentials like the market, 7-Eleven, City Hall, church, and a variety of restaurants just a 10–15 minute drive away. There are also local sari-sari stores nearby for quick snacks or supplies.
The house is nestled in a lively area surrounded by neighboring resorts, so you’ll enjoy a safe and vibrant atmosphere—especially during weekends and the summer season when tourists are abundant.
