Our team is always available to assist with practical needs, local tips, and recommendations, while respecting guests’ privacy and pace. Casa Marina is a heritage riverside home thoughtfully renovated to include modern conveniences while staying true to its original character. Designed as a quiet sanctuary, the house is ideal for guests who enjoy rest, reading, music, and unhurried mornings by the river. Great care was taken to preserve the home’s history. Original wood was rescued and repurposed into furniture, shelves, flooring, and paneling, while existing dining sets and cabinets were carefully refurbished. The result is a warm, lived-in home that blends vintage character with modern amenities. Casa Marina is also a music lover’s sanctuary. We have a dedicated audio setup for vinyl record collectors, a small library for quiet reading, and several private nooks throughout the house. Guests are welcome to exchange or donate books during their stay. The home features a vintage display showcasing the family’s personal collection of radios, record players, cameras, and memorabilia accumulated since the 1940s. WiFi is available throughout the property. Due to the age and layout of the heritage house, signal strength may vary in some rooms and outdoor areas.

Central to Casa Marina is The Bell Tower, an al fresco restaurant where guests can enjoy Spanish, Filipino, and Continental dishes. The Bell Tower overlooks the Pagsanjan River and leads down to the sunken garden. The sunken garden is suitable for small outdoor gatherings, quiet campfire evenings, and occasional barbecue nights.
