The unit is on the 8th floor, overlooking the city and the mountain view. You get access to the penthouse where the swimming pool is and a 360degree view of the city. It is very accessible and close to restaurants, malls, church, hospitals, markets.

It is within a few meters to fastfood restaurants, the Bacolod Capitol Lagoon, Negros Museum, Negros Showroom. The shopping malls are 5-10mins away. Across the street is Felicias, they serve really good food and good place to hangout while having coffee or having a cold beer.
