A budget friendly accommodation ideal for small groups. Clara's Guest House is a loft type vacation home located in Pueblo de Laiya, a private subdivision just across the street from the beach resorts. The place is not a beach front accommodation but just a 5 minute ride or a 15 minute walk to Laiya's White Beach. Please note that beach entrance is not included in our rate. Our caretaker can assist you on resort booking upon arrival. You can cook, grill, chitchat, relax and enjoy nature. The space A new and fully-furnished home in Laiya, San Juan Batangas. Our home is ideal for families or groups who wish to enjoy a staycation near the beach. - Loft style house - Comfortably fits 4 pax (Maximum allowed under new guidelines) - 1 bunk bed, 1 queen & 1 single floor mattress plus a sofa bed - Aircon - Electric fans - 2 Burner gas stove - Griller - Rice Cooker - Electric Kettle - Extra table - Refrigerator - Cooking essentials - Free parking Since San Juan is under GCQ children 14 and below and pregnant are not allowed. Hi, I'm Claire a working mom, we bought this house because we wanted a go to place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We only visit the place when we have free time and so we wanted to share it to those who wanted a quick staycation near the beach.
There is still an on-going construction in some parts of our neighborhood, even so the place is still quiet and safe for guests. Convenience stores like 7-11 and Laiya Pitstop, as well as Andok's and other ready to eat food stalls are nearby.
