3br 1 bath corner unit condo behind SM City Mall, excellent location and very clean a 2minute walk to the mall. Plenty of restaurants to choose from,coffee shops,cinemas,shopping boutiques, grocery stores,salons, pharmacies, and close proximity to hospitals and schools.

I like to travel and explore.

The property has 2 swimming pools adults nd kids. Also has a basketbal court, a kids playground,and a well mintained mini park,walking path, clean surroundings.
