• Complimentary breakfast is provided for two (2) persons, depending on the room type.
• A security deposit of P3,000 per room is required upon check-in.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and will incur a one-night charge.
• Airport Transfers:
Van transfers from Puerto Princesa Airport to Doublegem Beach Resort can be arranged at an additional cost (estimated travel time: 5–6 hours).
Transfers between Lio Airport and the resort (vice versa) are also available at an additional cost (estimated travel time: 30 minutes).
• Please note that hot water is powered by solar energy; heating may take some time.
• Child Policy:
Children 7 years old and below may stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Children above 7 years old will be charged P3,136 per night as an extra person, inclusive of breakfast.
Only one (1) child is allowed per room.
• Location Note:
Guests staying in the Forest Building Annex Rooms are required to cross the street to access the beachfront area.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of ₱ 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out.
