I'm a traveler myself and been traveling around the world for more than 10 years now. Countries that I've been into are Thailand, China, Hongkong, Vietnam, Cambodia, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Holland, Germany, Spain, Greece, and Malta. It is by these travels that I've learned what a traveler needs and incorporate it in the apartment.

Property info

Its a brand NEW and fully furnished apartments complete with all decorative and paintings coming from different countries around the world. Each apartment has its own kitchen with complete utensil where you can buy and cook your own food. It is located in an exclusive, quiet and relaxed subdivision, around 2-5mins drive away from the city center by car. Situated right next to the plaza, guest can enjoy the 24hours availability of the basketball court. Outside the subdivision, there are grocery store, wet market, hospital, and bakery almost everything you need. Easy access to 24 hours public transportation. Its quiet and safe environment will surely give you a place to relax after a day of touring the city.

Neighborhood info

It's an exclusive subdivision and mostly of the residents are in the middle working class. Its one of the safest part of the city since there are no standbys. Its well lighted and close to anything.
