Our cozy transient house welcomes you with an inviting attic-style bedroom, perfect for a group of six. Need more space? We've got you covered with extra mattresses and a comfy sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests in total. Relax on our balcony with stunning views, unwind on the patio, or enjoy the small garden. Your vehicle is safe and sound in our covered, gated parking. Pets are allowed with CLEANING FEE But please.... 1. To help maintain a clean environment, we kindly ask that pets aren’t allowed in the bedroom or on the sheets. (Pets should not sleep on the beds). To maintain a pleasant environment, it's important for pet owners to be mindful of cleaning up after their furry friends. 2. Maximum Number of Pets:Guests are permitted a maximum of 2 pets during their stay. 3. Exceeding the Pet Limit:If a guest brings more than 2 pets, an additional fee of 1,000.00 will be charged for each extra pet aside from the cleening pet fee. 4. Cleaning Fees: *** A one time payment of 380.00 for one pet and 700.00 for 2 pets. We kindly ask that guests with pets understand that a cleaning fee is required. This helps cover the extra effort needed to remove pet fur from blankets (regardless of the rules), eliminate any odors, and ensure the space stays fresh and cozy for future guests.
