Designed with the word "modernity" in mind, Grandeuria brings the fast-paced, contemporary aesthetics of Metro Manila to the rising city of Malolos. Our location is very close to historical sites such as Barasoain Church and Malolos Cathedral, among others. The property is also close to McArthur highway, giving it easy access to much of the northern Philippines, as well as Manila.

Neighborhood info

Located in barangay San Pablo along Kaluag street, Golden V Apartment is situated in one of the quieter neighborhoods of Malolos City, where the people are friendly and the streets are orderly. It is surrounded by family homes and compounds, many of which had been in the area for generations. Malolos City's main thoroughfare, the McArthur Highway, is located just a few hundred meters away from the property, allowing ease of travel in the area. The property has enough space for six (6) vehicles, though it is advisable for guests to inquire first on the availability of parking. Guest parking is free of charge but is on a first come, first served basis. For guests without their own vehicles, tricycles frequently pass by the property and jeepneys and buses are can be accessed via the highway, which is only a short distance from the area.
