Modern house in a prime location — just 20 meters from the highway and only 50 meters from the diving school and the beach. Conveniently located near Poblacion, with easy access to Gaisano Mall and Jollibee (about 10 minutes away). The property is also: 10 minutes to Camiguin Airport 5 minutes to Balbagon Port (ferry boat to Bohol) 20–30 minutes to Benoni Port Perfect for residential living, vacation stays, or investment property near the island’s key destinations.

Our neighborhood is friendly and welcoming, offers guest a chance to experience the authentic local community atmosphere. The area is comfortable and relaxing especially during quiet nighttime hours after 10 PM. During the day, you may from time to time hear music from nearby neighbors, adding to the lively and vibrant local charm. For added convenience, there is restaurant and a diving center within walking distance from the guest house ,making it easy for guests to enjoy dinning and activities nearby .We are also located close to the highway, which may bring a little noise road at times but it makes transportation easy and convenient for driving, commuting and planning day trips around the island. Guests appreciate the accessibility, cozy surroundings and the perfect balance of local neighborhood charm and convenience during your stay
