Note: We don't provide NETFLIX login. Guests should use their own personal login. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook whatever meal you like. Our building has SM Savemore supermarket on the lower ground making it effortless to shop for your groceries. Our building is also connected to a small mall with restaurants, bookstores, banks, and more. The basement overnight parking rate is 300 pesos, with unlimited entry but it's good for 24 hours only. Cedar Peak is located just beside University of Baguio and a few steps away from St. Louis University, Notre Dame Hospital, Session Road, Burnham Park and SM Baguio. The condo promises to deliver the utmost convenience of urban living. Parking; We have basement parking but basically you can park anywhere in Baguio along the road between 7PM to 7AM. After 7AM, the traffic enforcers will apprehend you. If you plan to do a photoshoot in the property, there is an extra fee of P1,500. Once accepted, we can charge the fee after the booking has been made. There is no smoking allowed inside the property. There is a P1,000 penalty fee for smoking in the property.
