There are 2 structures for the living room, bedrooms and kitchen. The property is on a 900 sqm lot with trees, plants and a big grass area in front of the 2 structures. It is on a beach front with about 90 sqm wide. The beach is of natural white sand with small coral rocks visible during low tide. There is a long private pier where ferry boats can dock, and where guests can enjoy the sunrise and sunset or swim from the edge of the pier.

The area is remote and rural. The best way to get there is with the passenger ferry boats from Davao city. Boats can dock on our private pier. Linden beach is not easily accessible by road as it is far from the main road of this small mountain island. The property has of a 3-hectare Forest plantation at the back of the property with lots of birds. But it is a bit of a walk up. There are small rural shops along the main road, but it is suggested that guests bring their food from Davao C
