Experience the "Tiny House" vibe at Loftvibes San Juan! THE SPACE: Loftvibes is a thoughtfully designed two-story industrial loft inspired by tiny house living. GROUND FLOOR: Features the living area, dining space, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a shower heater and pressurized water. LOFT LEVEL: The upper floor houses our comfortable bunk beds and a private balcony for those morning coffee lovers. NOTE: To maximize the 30sqm space, the unit features a unique, steep staircase to the loft. For your safety, this property is not suitable for Children under 10 years old, seniors and PWDs or individuals with mobility/walking difficulties. AMENITIES: 👉Full air-conditioning. 👉Essentials: Fresh towels, bed linens, blankets, and basic toiletries. 👉Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking, including a hot & cold water dispenser with free drinking water. 👉Tech: 300 Mbps Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix. 👉Reliability: Solar-powered pressurized water system (no water interruptions!). 👉Parking: Free parking on-site. 👉The Neighborhood: Located in a quiet subdivision in Ili Norte, you are tucked away from the noise but close to everything: 👉Walking distance: MASA Bakehouse, laundry shops, mini-marts, and restaurants. 👉Beaches: 2-minute walk to Ili Norte Beach; 5-minute drive to the famous Urbiztondo surf spot. 👉Transport: Very accessible via Jeepney or Tricycle as we are located near the highway. 👉 There is no fridge in the unit, but guests are welcome to use our family fridge in the house right next door!
