Madie’s Place Guest House offers quiet, serene, and budget-friendly accommodations, ideal for two adults and one child per room, with free access to the swimming pool. Please note that accommodations are non-exclusive, and facilities may be shared with other guests. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and a dedicated toilet and bathroom located at the ground floor area. We have a decent outdoor kitchen complete with utensils for cooking. Most of all free broadband internet WIFI is available in all areas of the premises. When driving to Madie’s Place, take the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and exit at the Santa Rosa Toll Gate. Turn left if you came from Manila or turn right if you came from Laguna, and drive straight to Waltermart, then turn right toward Enchanted Kingdom. Continue straight until you reach the first gate of San Lorenzo South Subdivision—security may ask for an ID and a small entrance fee. Proceed to the second gate, then turn right at the third corner and drive straight to reach Madie’s Place. If you're using Waze, Google Maps, or other navigation apps, please search for 'Madie’s Place' or use 'Enchanted Kingdom' as a landmark. If the app suggests taking the Eton Toll Exit, kindly disregard it and take only the Santa Rosa Toll Exit. If you're commuting via bus or public transport, go to Waltermart near Enchanted Kingdom and head to the Mang Inasal area. You'll find a tricycle queue station dedicated to San Lorenzo Subdivision. Ask the driver to take you to Madie’s Place at Phase-1A. Street parking in front of the property and parking inside the premises are both available and safe. If you have more vehicles, additional free parking is available just 50 meters away. Lastly, please refer to the Map photo provided at the photos section. Hello I am Madie and welcome to my place! we provide a decent yet cost friendly place to stay in our area. My place is just 5 mins away to Enchanted Kingdom, very close to Nuvali, Fun Farm, and other popular spots. My place is good for individual, couple and group staycation, plus we welcome pets. We have free broadband Wifi Internet in all areas of our premises. We have dedicated bathrooms, TV, Air-Conditioning, Hot Water Shower, Real Beds, Garden Space for group bonding, and most of all our Hospitality.

Madie's Place is located in a private guarded estate named San Lorenzo Subdivision, our estate is well lit, safe and peaceful, and neighbors are very accommodating, but restrict party noises at 10PM and onwards. Walking distance from us are 24hr groceries stores like 7/11, Dali Store and Uncle Joe's.
