The unit is located in a semi urban barangay. You will have the entire house to yourself, which features a living room, a kitchen, and two air-conditioned bedrooms. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, free parking, a hot and cold shower, and kitchen appliances (refrigerator, rice maker, oven toaster, induction cooker). Note: The toilet is very small and may be tight for larger individuals. Restaurants are located 5 minutes away by car. Expect typical neighborhood noise during your stay. The unit is spacious with 35 sqm floor area. It suits to a family of four with a living room, small nook area, two bedrooms, a dining and a kitchen area and one bathroom (with sink ab biddet and shower). It is 2 km away from the Batangas City Grand Terminal and Batangas City Diversion Road. It is also located 2 km away from supermarkets like Shopwise,and SM Hypermarket. 5 minute drive to Starbucks, Kenny Rogers, Mang Inasal, Contis Bakeshop, Shakeys, Jollibee and Mc Donald's and Mang Inasal.
