Not overlooked, the property is fenced for your privacy and security. 2 cars can be parked inside, the last 50m acces road is a large dirt road. You can cook in our fully furnished kitchen, with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwashing machine, rice cooker, kettle, utensils and kitchenware. Starlink WIFI (up to 200Mbps) is available inside and outside the house. Play games, watch Netflix and Youtube on our 4k smart TV in the airconditioned living room, with high ceilling, exposed beams, and precious wood furniture. They are 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with hot and cold water, and a convertible couch equiped as follow : The master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom (2 lavatory, italian shower with bench, toilet) , with queen bed, aircon, ceilling fan, small desk, hanging rack, garden access with private terrace with couch. The 2nd bedroom with ensuite bathroom ( lavatory, italian shower, toilet) , queen bed, aircon, ceilling fan, small desk, hanging rack. The small bedroom, with queen bed, aircon, ceilling fan, hanging rack and garden access. For 7 and 8 guests bookings we can setup the couch in the living room as 2 single beds, with comfortable mattresses, with aircon and ceilling fan. There is one additional bathroom accessible from the living room with lavatory, italian shower and toilet. It can be used by the guests staying in the small bedroom and in the living room. Housekeeping, gardening and pool maintenance will be done daily. Linens and towels will be changed every 3 days. Breakfast, lunch and diner delivered by nearby restaurants are availible with advance order for a fee. (prices start at 250P)

Please read the information hereunder before booking. The house is located 10min drive from El Nido Town and 3 min drive from Lio Beach and El Nido airport. You will need motorbikes, car or hire a tricycle or van to move around. We will be happy to assist you with that. Our neighbours are friendly and the area is safe. They have dogs and roosters, a tradition in the philippines. The house is equiped with a battery back up system to avoid the brownouts that happen frequently in El Nido. The aircon of the living room and some other heavy consumption appliances are not connected to that backup. In some exceptional circumstances such  as long brownout scheduled by the electricity supplier, we may recommend you to reduce the use of some appliances to have a longer back up time.  The pool is unsupervised and has no surrounding fence, dont leave kids alone and swim at your own risks.
