Peaks and Waves is a seafront condo-villa that brings the convenience of a city space to the beach for effortless relaxation. It is a premium condominium unit in a low-rise and low-density building. It is a 45 sqm tropical-themed unit, located on the 3rd floor, with one bedroom and has a capacity of 3 pax. Feel the gentle breeze and take in the neighborhood from the balcony of this upper level condo. It is located within 5-minute walk (600 meters) to the beach and clubhouse. Amenities include landscaped pathwalk, loungers at the beach and pool, kiddie and adult pools, and play areas. Our condo-villa is part and within the Seafront Residences area, nestled on the coast of peaceful San Juan, Batangas, the gateway to the Laiya corridor and just 125 kilometers away from Metro Manila.
Hello. Thank you for your interest in booking our beach condo-villa. This has just been recently opened for public booking as my family previously use this privately as vacation place. During days with no guests, we still use this property, so please be kind to take care of it for us and for future guests.
The beach is the main attraction, not just in Seafront Residences, but in the entire San Juan, Batangas.
