Enjoy this nicely furnished condo- an exclusive & luxurious Private Getaway Beach & Country Club Resort with Breathtaking country club, lagoon with a mountain view (all in one); an amazing Nature for a perfect vacation whether you are looking for serenity, an adventure, honeymoon, or just plain fun with family & friends. Nicely furnished unit that accomodates 4-6 people. The king-sized ledge bed has a full-sized pull out beneath and a sofa bed. The fully- equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals--electric stove, plates, utensils, pots & pans, rice cooker, water filter (safe for drinking), microwave & refregerator/freezer. Equipped with a home theater system 55" curved cable TV (DVD movies to enjoy), wireless Bluetooth speaker system, safety deposit box, A/C & ceiling fan, safety rugs & sheets. **Towels not included (to keep cleaning fee to a minimum) but available for rental at Pico for 50php each per day.
Hi, I am a Registered Nurse from California. I like the US but I am planning on retiring in the Philippines because it's more FUN in the Philippines! That's exactly why I have this condo with a beautiful view of both the mountain, lagoon, and the country club pool; but in a meantime, I will let you experience & enjoy my space for a little bit. After all, sharing is caring, right? I also love to travel and experience different cultures, meet new people, and eat their food. I dream of going to a medical mission someday and share my knowledge as a nurse to other countries in need.
The unit is conveniently located so that the guest will have a nice & short walking distance to the club and enjoy the scenery of the lagoon at the same time. Guest will have optional access to the beach & use of Country Club swimming pool & showers (to be paid separately to Club reception upon registration-see photos for rates). Wrist tags will be issued upon registration. Please wear this wrist tag to avail of the use of the club facilities. The Beach Club is exclusive for the use of members and member-accompanied guests. Non-members and unaccompanied guests may use facilities on the main beach (Pico Beach). The Beach Club sits only on a portion of the beach and it is only this portion that is exclusive. Other sport & leisure amenities are also available (with corresponding tariff.
