The house is typical for those who wanted to be in a quiet and small neighborhood. We are pet-friendly hence we also keep our own pets. The house is usually where the parents and other extended family members can stay during extreme rainy weather conditions as the ancestral home is sometimes affected and as an extra place to stay for family members and relatives who live far or work abroad hence it was decided to have the house leased not just for additional income but to have people staying in it. Family members do stay at the extension house, which was initially built to keep all the extra things prior to the house lease, to keep up with the house especially when there are guests. Additional beautification and improvements are still being done now and then since this will eventually be the owners' abode when they finally decide to stay home for good and during old age. The kitchen for cooking has a: 2 burner gas stove, ladles, knives and board, rice cooker and electric water heater together with the dining utensils. Additional amenities maybe provided when asked but with additional fees.
The house is being managed by family members who also oversee and help in cleaning and maintaining the house.
We have a quiet neighborhood with only 40 households in the subdivision. There is a space for parking of two medium cars, at most, although the subdivision's road fronting the house can be used as well. Tricycle will be available outside the subdivision going to SM Shoemart and Gaisano Mall (both are beside the city's main highway). -No alcohol is allowed for the purposes that we are located in a subdivision and excessive consumption might create disturbance with the other property occupants and the neighbors. Smoking can be done BUT outside the house please. Parties may end at 12 midnight or even at dawn but quiet time must be at 10:30PM Pets are allowed but proper disposal of wastes must be done and there must be no damage in the properties. Hence Php 1000 will be required as deposit payment for each pet to be collected by the host upon check-in. Must inform the owner for additional guests way ahead of time for security reasons. IDs must be provided as well.
