This is our holiday home in Sawang Tubod San Juan Siquijor while living Cebu City, Spain and England. It was built in 2010 and I have it renovated and upgraded last year in August. Almost everything are new in this cozy and homey home. The house itself is a bit set back from the coastal highway of San Juan town. I only have 1 neighbour at the back of my property which peace, privacy and quiet are experienced. The house ain't that far from the town itself. In Tubod village there are restaurants, coffee shop, ATM machine around. Across the property is Sawang Point, a small public bay, where you can do snorkeling and free dive. The house is surrounded with mountain, trees and farm land from the neighbour. The landmark of my place is Anapog Resort, literally across them, where you can see a long concrete driveway, that's the entrance to my property.

I'm a pretty well travelled person and have lived in Spain and England. I travelled in the UK, Europe and Morocco Africa. As a traveller I know too well what we are looking for such a place to stay. Places like clean, mostly quiet and private. At least to have the basic needs necessary that we can use while staying in a different spaces. To respect others people, culture and be friendly. I am easy to talk to, I can converse properly. I live in the property too. I have my own house next to my guests house, so I can cater to your needs anytime. I have a caretaker as well live inside the property in her own house.

The neighbourhood is reasonably quiet since some of my neighbours are resorts and guests houses as well. Only one family behind my property whose my neighbour but they're not noisy.
