Relax and enjoy with the whole family and friends at this peaceful and safe place to stay. The property is located in Seafront Residences, Calubcub 2, San Juan Batangas. All these amenities are only few steps away and less than 5mins walk from the house Beach (fine gray sand) Playground Half Basketball court Club House Parola Infinity pool with Jacuzzi Kiddie pool The infinity pool with Jacuzzi and kiddie pool is shared with other guest and can be accessed from 7am to 7pm, available from Sunday to Tuesday and Thursday to Saturday. It is closed every Wednesday for cleaning and maintenance Pool fee: 250 pesos per head for 21hrs of stay (adult and kids) Free parking up to 2 vehicle Gate passway fee: 20 pesos per vehicle You can bring and cook your own food. No corkage fee. Kitchen utensils, cookware and dinnerware are readily available. Free one mineral water (5 gallon) Free use of bath towel Please bring your own toiletries Barbeque is allowed inside the property premises, griller is available, just kindly bring your own charcoal. Shower and comfort room is also available in the pool area, we encourage guest to maximize its usage for convenience. You may also bring your own blanket as only thin blankets are available Jellyfish are visible in the beach during the days of April and May. Potential for noise - might experience sometimes due to ongoing construction of houses nearby
