Small House was converted into a short-term rental or transient house in July 2016, with rates comparable to dorm-type accommodation perfect for the budget-traveler, but with a little more privacy as a room can accommodate 2 people max., and the house, with only 3 rooms when fully-booked only houses 6 people. Essentials are provided: drinking water, Electric kettle, Water heater and provisions for cooking and kitchen basics. WI-FI is accessible from any room in the house. Though it is not walking distance to the town proper, it is only a short 15-minute ride in an area where jeepneys are easily accessible and taxis are not hard to find. We are walking distance to a satellite market where you can purchase your pasalubong and Baguio vegetables with convenience. PMA and Camp John Hay is a short 10-minute ride away via Loakan Road, so is the iconic Lion's Head along Kennon Road and the little-known Kennon Viewdeck is even nearer.

Aside from the nearby tourist sites, the property is in an area with a gas station(Total), supermarket(CAAA) & 711, bank(BDO), drugstore, cafe and bakeshop(CINNAMON) and public market (Camp 7 Satellite Market and Pasalubong Center). All these offer convenience as guests don't have to deal with the city center's occasional heavy traffic.
