Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Close proximity to shops (talipapa- no need to go to the public market), 24/7 Kass and Kaye convenience store, Robinsons Easy mart, street foods at the corner of Northern Hills Subdivision and Fiesta Communities San Rafael and Squeaky Clean Laundromat right in front of the property. 5 to 10 minute drive to SM Tarlac, Tarlac Provincial Hospital, Central Luzon Doctors Hospital, Tarlac Medical Center, Nightlife at Fairlane BYPASS ROAD (bars and restaurants), Tarlac Public Market, Luisita Business District. Short walking distance to public transport (3M jeepney route). Description: Two Storey 70sqm to 80sqm, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, balcony, laundry area, car park available but optional.

Previously a travel consultant for Fraser Island with Kingfisher Bay Resort. Love travelling in and around the Philippines especially.

Very close proximity to shops (talipapa- no need to go to the public market), 24/7 Kass and Kaye convenience store, Robinsons Easy mart, street food galore at the corner of Northern Hills Subdivision and Fiesta Communities San Rafael and Squeaky Clean Laundromat right in front of the property. Excellent jogging and walking area within the neighborhood where you can enjoy the 4 lane road along Macabulos Drive going towards Camp Aquino. Best to walk or jog in the mornings.
