The Modern Lake house with a lake view is a perfect modern vacation home for families in the heart of Pililla Rizal. Our vacation home has a normal pool temperature, five bedrooms and 1 entertainment room (convertible to one extra room), a fully equipped kitchen, and offer free spacious parking good for 15-20 cars. The vacation home is close to the Windmill, along national road at 1.5-2hrs drive from Manila. Pet lovers may also enjoy taking photos of our animals like the sheep and horses. Capture the beautiful sunset and experience a private escape close to nature!

Neighborhood info

Nearby food stores are just 2-3 mins away like 711, Alfamart and dry & wet market. If you also like to try nearby restaurants or other food providers, we recommend the following, they also deliver. 1. Bulawan 2. Barandilya 3. Shiela's (food trays) You may also visit the Santis Farmhouse (Windmill) before going to the Modern Lake House and enjoy the beautiful view of Pililla Rizal where you may experience the perfect sunset and fresh air! If you have kids planning on a fieldtrip, you may visit the Lyger zoo (15-20mins away). They are open from 8:30am-5pm. Just prepare a minimal fee upon arrival. Daranak Falls Daranak falls nestles calmly at the foot of the Tanay mountains, preserved with the natural vegetation, ponds, and rivers cascading through elaborate tropical trees.
