My condo is located in one of the newest condo complexes in Davao. It is a large two bedroom with living and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, in-unit safe, US-imported linens, cable tv and high-speed wifi.

Born and raised in Davao I purchased and furnished my condo as my home when I return to visit my family.

A short walk to the new mall with a large supermarket with free delivery, dozens of shops and restaurants, entertainment, movie theaters, and even a bingo parlor. Minutes to the beach, casino, water sports, parks, city center and boats to the islands
