The Villanueva Ancestral House is located at Gat Tayaw Street, the "Tsinelas" strip of Liliw. The home is literally steps away from the famous "tsinelas" shops. Stay in a "bahay na bato" with the comfort of contemporary living. The rented unit is located at the ground floor level where the open living/dining kitchen area steps out to the private garden. The ac-cooled bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms provide a comfortable and restful sleep. The home is furnished with a mix of current and heirloom furniture pieces that welcomes guests to a cozy and relax vibe.

We welcome you to our family home which we cherish. We have fond memories here with family and friends. Laughter, joy and good times were spent here. We hope you build similar memories as ours. Didith, the co-host will welcome you. She will hand you the house keys and will orient you regarding the perks that come with the house. You may give her a call for any assistance you may need while you are our guests. We hope you enjoy your stay at our home.

Liliw is a quaint little town at the foot of Mount Banahaw. It is 256 meter above sea level. The town is known for its cool climate during December - February. Liliw is also known for the row of Tsinelas shops, famous restaurants, fruits (lansones, rambutan, coconut and lipute) and their savory and sweet delicacies.
