Vilma’s Homestay is your home away from home. It’s a simple, yet warm home ready to welcome guests and weary travelers. It is situated at the foot of the mountain and near the entrance of the beautiful Maligcong Rice Terraces. We have hot and cold shower for our guests to use to refresh and clean themselves . There is also hot brewed coffee for our guests to enjoy while resting and or early in the morning.
My name is Vilma Fagkang, I am interested in welcoming different guests here at home and providing food for them. Together with my daughter and son, we are happy to welcome every guests that to visit Maligcong.
Maligcong is known for it’s beautiful rice terraces. To get the best view of these, one needs to hike to Mt. kupapey. Which is an hour away from the homestay. Guests can also visit and walk to the rice terraces easily because it’s just few steps away. There is the Bontoc museum which can be reach 30 minutes by taking jeepney to Bontoc.
