It is located off the main road with a very good location and peaceful environment. The rooms are newly furnished and look neat and clean. The building is open on both front and back side. There is a beautiful park(Hotel View park) with a jogging track on the front side and "TMUC" university and DHA-4 view on back side. In order to enhance the security and safety of the guests, a steel door with automatic lock has been installed on the stairs to restrict the entry of unauthorized persons. The door lock can be opened with a manual key as well as with a wireless smart remote from apartments if needed .e.g. for food deliveries/food pandas etc.

Marine Tower offers a very clean, peaceful and safe stay to it’s valued guests.

Bahria food street with national & international food brands is very close, just at a walking distance. Well known and top famous Pakistani shopping outlets(for male, female & children wear) are very close. Spring North Hospital is located next to Marine Tower. Medical stores (pharmacies) are located very close to Marine Tower.All major banks are located at a walking distance. A Pakistani Restaurant is located in the adjacent plaza to Marine Tower. A Dry Cleaner shop is also located on the back side of Marine Tower.
