Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. You can experience the local lifestyle. All things will be organic to experience. The rooms are typical local standard setup. The space All the rooms and setup will allow you to experience Balti's local touch. The entire building is made with Balti's traditional style of architecture and has given back up with safety measures by using a concrete frame. Guest access All rooms are accessible. Two washrooms, a Kitchen and a Store are Accessible. A mini self-made library is free to access. The rooftop will be a great place to sit and count stars at night and to see surrounded beautiful peaks. A great decorated Multipurpose Hall will be available. Other things to note You can see the garden below the window, grapes, apples, flowers and much more can see and use. We facilitate 4% of each booking profit to the local community for maintaining the village neat and clean. We do weekly health and hygiene practices through this in matter of sustainability.

Mr. Rustam Ali will host you at your 2nd home. He has a great contribution to community development through his philanthropist career. This initiative has established with the aim to show a role model for other villagers to encourage community participation in socioeconomic development.

All the neighborhood are 100% Muslims and has a firm believe in ethical, moral, and social norms. So, all the guests are encouraged to respect the surroundings. Particularly Do not wear such short dresses which is not liked by the neighborhood.
