It is housed in a charming, over 120-year-old tenement building, which boasts one of the last remaining original metal staircases in Chełm, enhancing its historic character. The apartment's interior boasts an impressive 4-meter ceiling, making it exceptionally spacious, bright, and modern. It's the perfect place for a romantic getaway for two, a family getaway, or a comfortable business trip. In the building's basement is the unique restaurant "Gęsie Sprawki," known from the show "Kitchen Revolutions" hosted by Magda Gessler. Guests can order meals directly from the restaurant and have them delivered to their apartment – ​​conveniently and without leaving the building.
