Idealne miejsce dla rodzin – położone w centrum. Bardzo blisko atrakcji turystycznych Sanoka. Doskonałe położenie blisko Sanockiego Domu Kultury, PWSZ oraz kortów tenisowych. Spacerkiem można udać się do zamku i skansenu, a tuż obok apartamentu piękny park z licznymi alejkami, siłownią zewnętrzną i skateparkiem.
