Welcome to our spacious and comfortable flat. We provide the atmosphere of a Lodz tenement house and a view of the factory part of the city. The building of this Art Nouveau tenement house at 37 Piotrkowska Street (the so-called Dawid Szmulewicz Tenement House) is entered in the register of monuments under number A/68 of 20.01.1971. The flat is renovated, with household appliances - you can cook or order to your room and eat comfortably at the table. Bedroom with double bed 180 cm wide, sofa bed 120 cm wide in the living room. Wi-Fi, TV with cable and PS3 with games. Parking available outside the site, on Zachodnia 82 Street at a walking distance of approximately 500 m. Parking is located at the back of the townhouse.
Great base for sightseeing and walking. Close to pubs, restaurants, tourist point and Manufaktura - a shopping, service and entertainment centre.
