PERNOCTARE Apartments has been operating since 2023 and is a small, one-person business where I use my own experience in many artistic fields: home staging, advertising, marketing, photography and art. All these experiences have a strong influence on the running of our holiday apartments. We strive to make them unique, yet cosy and comfortable.

The one-of-a-kind, unique, two-level Loft Barnim, named after Barnim I the Good, prince of the Pomeranian Gryfit dynasty, with a historic fire tower from 1982 and a roof terrace! This unique loft combines modern comfort with historical charm. Located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from a park and the lake, it offers both the convenience of urban living and the tranquility of a green environment. The apartment is housed in a revitalized building of a former fire tower from 1892, transformed into a distinctive living space. The tower, serving as the centerpiece of the apartment, adds a unique style and historical character to the interior. The loft is bright and spacious, thanks to large windows facing three directions, which provide excellent natural light throughout the day. Each window is equipped with a juliette balcony, allowing fresh air to flow in and offering stunning city views. On the first level, there is a spacious living room, connected to a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. This level also includes a master bedroom, as well as an elegant bathroom. The second level hosts the private area, including a second bedroom, an additional room - home office. From this level, you can access the rooftop terrace, offering panoramic views of the city and surrounding greenery. This terrace is the perfect spot for morning coffee, evening relaxation, or gatherings with friends. The loft combines industrial charm with modern amenities, creating a space ideal for those who appreciate originality, comfort, and proximity to nature. The area of the loft is 110m2! The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils, a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, cosmetics, bed linen and towels. The apartment has a large wardrobe (near the bathroom) and smaller hangers in the attic bedroom.

Szczecinek is a peaceful town located by Lake Trzesiecko and surrounded by forests and green areas. It is an ideal destination for a relaxing stay close to nature all year round. In summer, guests can enjoy beaches, water sports, cycling routes and boat cruises. In winter, the town offers tranquillity, forest walks and a calm atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Recommended for couples, families and travellers seeking comfort, nature and quiet surroundings.
