Office address: Lutycka 2a/4, however, the entrance and parking are from Karsiborska Street (you can enter Karsiborska 2f in your navigation system – we are located directly opposite, on the other side of the street, where the parking area is). With a smile and a warm welcome, our staff assists guests during check-in and check-out, providing useful information and practical tips to make their stay in Świnoujście even more enjoyable. 🌍 We offer a high standard of service in three languages – Polish, German, and English – so that every guest feels comfortable and at ease throughout their stay.

Sienkiewicza Residence consists of two modern apartment buildings. Its close proximity to the sea combined with a peaceful and quiet neighborhood makes this location truly exceptional. The buildings are situated just 450 meters from the beach, the sea, and the promenade, allowing guests to fully enjoy the seaside atmosphere every day. 🚗 Parking: Not all apartments include a parking space in the underground garage. There is a possibility to park along nearby streets, although additional fees may apply. 🐾 Pets: Some apartments are pet-friendly.

Neighborhood info

At the entrance to the beach, a newly built promenade begins, with a path for bicycles, a path for rollerblades and a place to walk and rest. The promenade connects on the one hand to the famous cross-border pedestrian and bicycle path leading to German towns, and on the other hand to the main promenade of Swinoujscie with restaurants and attractions.
