We would like to inform you that the apartments are located in an apartment building, and in some apartments, there may be finishing works during the spring-summer season. We do not have information about the planned dates of the works.

Please note that a free public parking lot on site along the exit street, and paid parking spaces dedicated to apartments, both underground and above-ground, are also available for an additional charge of PLN 50 per day

A surcharge of PLN 200 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.

Please note that pets are available upon prior request and will incur an additional charge of PLN 60 per night per pet.

Please note that any damage to the property must be reported promptly. If the guest is found to be at fault for the damages, a charge will be applied to their chosen payment method.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 06:00:00.

A damage deposit of 500 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
