JAMAR Apartments were created in Okuninka, right next to the village where I grew up, spent my childhood, and which holds a special place in my heart. That’s exactly why I wanted to create a space that, I hope, will become not just a place to stay, but a sanctuary that you’ll want to return to. What brings me the most joy is sharing what I love—nature, peace, the lake, the forests, and above all, the atmosphere of genuine hospitality. I want everyone who visits to feel at ease and completely comfortable. I don’t offer just a “turnkey” stay—I’ve created a place with soul. A place where you can breathe, slow down, and simply feel good. I truly enjoy traveling, discovering new places, and drawing inspiration from them—which is part of what inspired me to create apartments where every detail matters. That’s why I make sure that each interior is not only functional but also cozy and aesthetically pleasing. I wanted you to feel at home here—or maybe even better. I manage the property myself on a daily basis, but I’m supported by my family and a trusted team who help maintain the apartments in excellent condition. Our property consists of eight modern, year-round apartments located in the heart of Okuninka – just a short walk from the crystal-clear waters of Lake Białe. From the very beginning, our goal was to make every guest feel at home. This homely atmosphere, combined with attention to detail, is what truly sets us apart. What makes us unique is the intimate character of the complex, the private space around each apartment, and a carefully planned interior layout. We offer two types of apartments – with two or three bedrooms – all with the same floor area but different layouts: either with a larger bathroom or a more spacious living room. Each apartment features a private entrance, its own terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, air conditioning, and underfloor heating – perfect for off-season stays. We take care of the details, so you don’t have to. Every apartment comes with bed linen, towels, hair dryers, and a fully equipped kitchenette with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and complete tableware. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, dining table, and TV with Wi-Fi access. Families with children can also request baby cots and highchairs for added convenience. The entire property is fenced and safe. Each apartment has a dedicated parking space, and children can enjoy the playground located just nearby. For those who love spending time together, we offer a shared outdoor pavilion with both a gas and traditional grill – ideal for relaxing evenings with friends or family. At JAMAR Apartments, we focus on freedom, comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere. No matter the season, we want you to leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and smiling. Lake Białe and its surroundings are a unique destination that attracts numerous tourists each year with its natural charm, a sense of freedom, and a wide variety of attractions. The crystal-clear water, sandy beaches, and the surrounding nature make it an ideal spot to both relax and enjoy active leisure – whether on pedal boats, kayaks, SUPs, or simply walking along the shore. During the summer season, Okuninka comes alive. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars with a view of the lake, as well as ice cream parlors, fish fry shops, and food trucks that satisfy every palate. Families with children will appreciate the presence of playgrounds, an amusement park, and summer entertainment, while music lovers and those seeking nightlife will certainly find something for themselves in the many venues offering live music and outdoor events. Just a few minutes away from the lake is Włodawa – a city of three cultures, where you can visit interesting places such as the baroque church, the Orthodox church, and the famous Museum – Synagogue Complex, which tells the rich history of the region. Włodawa is an ideal spot for an afternoon stroll combined with a touch of history and culture. Nature enthusiasts will love the surrounding forests and bike trails, including sections of the famous Green Velo trail, which winds through the picturesque corners of the Łęczyńsko-Włodawskie Lake District. The trails cater to both beginners and more advanced cyclists. It's also worth visiting the nearby Polesie National Park, which delights with its peat bogs, wild fauna, and educational paths among the swamps and forests.
