The apartments are situated at the top (3rd) floor of a modern tenement house designed with taste, at a distance of 10 meters from the harbor embankment. The building was awarded the 1st Prize in “Mister of Ustka – Object of the Year 2016” competition in a category of “Newly constructed buildings.” From the balcony terraces from which one can admire sunsets, there is a panoramic view over the Ustka harbor wharf with moored yachts and fish boats and where one can watch the harbor life and the people who live off the sea. Huge - water view windows guarantee unforgettable impressions from visits to Ustka any time of the year under any weather conditions.
The apartments are situated off the main tourist routes but close to the promenade, a sandy beach, as well as the center of Ustka itself where restaurateurs offer local specialties. The beach can be accessed by walking a couple of minutes along a beautifully maintained harbor embankment where we can admire moored yachts and historic vessels as well as take advantage of the offers of classy restaurants, cafes or popular ‘fried fish’ stands. In the evenings, the embankment becomes a smart and romantic promenade encouraging to take a walk or to enjoy a pleasurable leisure time on the balcony of the apartment with a glass of wine.
