AQUA Resort by Bel Mare is a modern resort complex in the new district of Międzyzdroje, located just 450 metres from the wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. The property consists of seven interconnected buildings offering modern apartments, an on-site water park, a premium sauna zone, four restaurants, and extensive recreational facilities for families and couples. Every stay includes one hour 1 hour per day access to the water park. A second hour can be purchased on-site at 50% off. The water park features 5 water slides, including Poland's first multimedia slide "Onion 360°" with immersive 3D projections, a lazy river, a recreational pool with hydromassage, 3 jacuzzis, and paddling pools for the youngest guests. All water attractions are available regardless of the weather. The Premium Sauna Zone includes a Finnish sauna, salt sauna, bio sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, tepidarium, relaxation room, outdoor jacuzzi, and a snow grotto that is unique in the region. The sauna zone is available for adults during afternoon hours, with selected weekend hours reserved for family use. All key areas of the resort — the water park, restaurants, saunas, and recreational rooms — are connected through internal indoor walkways, allowing guests to move around the complex without going outside. Depending on the season, the resort offers an animation programme and themed events for children and families. Additional facilities include play rooms, gaming zones, a bowling alley, and a mini golf course. Pet-friendly property — pets are welcome upon prior notification (fee: 90 PLN per night).

On foot: the wide sandy beach of the Baltic Sea 450 m (5 min), the Walk of Fame and the Międzyzdroje Pier 10–12 min, Międzyzdroje Oceanarium 8 min, the Wax Figure Museum 10 min, the town centre with restaurants and cafés 8–12 min, the Baltic Miniature Park 15–20 min, Kawcza Mountain — a popular cliffside viewpoint — 25 min on foot along the beach or through the forest. By car: entrance to Wolin National Park 5 min, the European Bison Show Enclosure 5 min (2 km along a scenic forest road — a must-see for families), Lake Turkusowe and Mount Gosań 15 min, Świnoujście and the ferry terminal 25 min, the German border crossing 30 min, Kamień Pomorski 40 min.
