Our house has a Zen vibe. It has a large, bright space, to which a lot of sunlight penetrates through the window glazing, suppressed only by delicate bamboo blinds. The house is spacious yet compact. As soon as you cross the threshold, you can smell spruce wood. On the ground floor you will find a large common area, which is an open kitchen that connects to the dining area and the living room. A large, comfortable sofa invites you to rest. However, in the winter season, you can additionally lie there by the warm, hot fireplace. The great advantage of Dom na Zaciszu is undoubtedly the roofed terrace, sheltered from the wind. It is there that from spring to autumn you can sip your morning coffee, hang in a hammock or sit comfortably, communing with greenery during the day and at night watching the moon's journey perfectly visible in the starry sky. On the first floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds (in one of them additional single beds), a toilet and a comfortable common space with a work corner. From above you can also go out to a spacious terrace with a view. Our mezzanine, located under a wooden roof, was created with the youngest in mind. It is the most frequently chosen bedroom by our and children coming here. Although adults also willingly choose this place to sleep, read, chill ... Undoubtedly, it is an intimate space for rest or fun for kids. To safely store bicycles (we have two available for an additional fee), prams and other larger equipment, we have a large basement with an entrance from the garden. Dom na Zaciszu is a place for friends, families with children and pets. This is a house for you, if you want to enjoy not only communing in the picturesque sailing town of Charzykowy, but also to relax in an incredibly intimate, comfortable and atmospheric house.

At the end of Ogrodów Street in Charzykowy, in "Zacisze" near the forest, there was a small brick house. In a straight line, only 300 meters from the lake. Close and at the same time safely away from the hustle and bustle of town life in the summer season. No one has lived in it for years. Its walls had completely forgotten what the noise of ongoing conversations sounded like, and the floors had not felt the clatter of human feet on them for a long time. The wooden ceilings were covered with a thick layer of dust and cobwebs, and there was hardly any sunlight coming through the curtained windows. Mr. and Mrs. H. together with their children decided to buy this house located on Lake Charzykowskie, because living in a big city they got tired of the noise and rush with which each subsequent day passed. For years, dad spent all day at work, mom was chasing the time that was escaping her while fulfilling her daily duties in parallel with dealing with matters of the family business, and the children felt bored and lonely when their busy parents had less and less strength to live and play together. The purchase of a new-old house near the forest was to be the beginning of a completely different, new life for their whole family. CHARZYKOWY A picturesque, touristically developed town in the Chojnice poviat. Since 1920, the cradle of inland sailing in Poland, since the 1950s a holiday resort with numerous holiday resorts, for several years a resort with a 3.5 km long pedestrian and bicycle promenade by the lake with numerous piers, benches, a large sandy beach and other charming places . Charzykowy are located on the eastern shore, so the sunsets from anywhere on the promenade are simply wonderful all year round. LAKE CHARZYKOWSKIE, also called Łukomie, is the largest lake in the province Pomeranian Voivodeship and is located in the area of ​​Bory Tucholskie. It is a flow-through ribbon lake with an area of ​​1,363.8 ha and a maximum depth of 30.5 m. The Brda River flows through the northern part of Lake Charzykowskie. Two islands are an undoubted attraction - the Island of Love and the Bachorska Island. The shores of the lake are inhabited by cranes, herons, cormorants and grebes. Numerous species of fish live in the lake, including vendace. One of the most beautiful canoe routes in Europe runs through the north-western part of the lake. Romantic bays, two islands and a yacht port with full facilities for launching yachts make Lake Charzykowskie a perfect place for lovers of water sports. Down the lake from our house is approx. 300m in a straight line, due to the layout of the streets, it is exactly 900m on foot or by bike. Describing Charzykowy, it is impossible not to mention the proximity of the Bory Tucholskie National Park, where four educational paths worth visiting were created - "Piła Młyn", "Łąki Józefowskie", "Wielkie Gacno" and a botanical path. Keen cyclists will find a real gem here. THE KASHUBIA ROUTE is a system of bicycle trails stretching across the Chojnice poviat. The bicycle routes are approx. 200 km long. Yellow starts 100 m from our house.
