The property is a small house located
Its located in a silent living area a little west of the main attractions in Swinoujscie. It is 700 m to the beach and the end of the promenade. To the most central areas, including waterpark, shops, restaurants, bars etc it is about 1 km walking distance. To the German border it is 800 meters. It is just a few hundred meters to connect with several bike routes, both on Polish and German side of the border.
