STABOL House is situated in a very quiet district of houses, Radzikowo III (distance from the city centre: 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by car). At a distance of 200m there are: playground, pitch (basketball / volleyball / tennis), an outdoor gym. Within a radius of 1 km there are many stores, bars, restaurants, eateries and various places serving hot meals. Public transport stops 600m from the property. A special attraction in this part of the city is a unique semi-wild beach, separated from all buildings by dunes and a forest (distance from the beach: 15 minutes on foot). There is a promenade leading to the beach with a bicycle path, developed along the Baltic coast and constantly expanding. Bike rental is about PLN 20 / day.

The rooms are independent, newly renovated (June 2026), each with a private bathroom. Rooms available: 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed (with the possibility of an extra bed for a fifth person). Each room is equipped with: fridge, electric kettle, TV, beach equipment. In addition: a kitchenette and parking outside. For an additional fee, I also provide transport services, both within the city and on longer intercity routes (e.g. Szczecin-Goleniów airports, Poznań, Gdańsk).
